Assistant Line Manager

BSc.

Austin graduated from the University of Leicester in 2021 with a BSc in Psychology. His career journey began in a busy A&E department, where I developed my skills in patient/ client care in a fast paced, high-stakes environment. From there, he moved to a brain injury hospital, where it sparked his passion for neurorehabilitation, starting to develop his dedication to supporting individuals recovering from brain injuries.

In 2022, Austin joined the BIS Services, where he works with a diverse range of clients in neurorehabilitation. Austin had the invaluable opportunity to complete a secondment as an Assistant Psychologist, collaborating with experienced neuropsychologists in a slow-stream neurorehabilitation setting. For the BIS Services he has also written a handful of blogs for the NR teams, raising awareness of common challenges CRA’s face in Neurorehabilitation

Following the secondment, Austin moved into an Assistant Line Manager role at BIS Services, where he supports and manage CRA’s with the Line Management Team.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys staying active through sports. In the winter, you’ll find him playing rugby union for his local rugby club, and in the summer, he’s on the field playing cricket for his village team.
