The majority of Mike’s career hails from various roles in events, sales and marketing, leading sales and sponsorship for multiple organisations across publishing, film, energy, finance and most recently literary sectors. 

He joined BIS Services in 2021 to take a lead in the company’s outbound recruitment activities and events, and he is responsible for building relationships with our partner universities and psychology faculties, promoting BIS as a rewarding career path for new graduates, and attracting new talent into the industry. 

Mike will often be found at a careers fair across the UK, launching recruitment campaigns or conducting interviews. He also co-ordinates our partner content and contributions to the NR Times, as well as assisting Natalie with her various events appearances.

Mike is a huge rugby fan, an avid film buff, closely follows politics and current events and is father to 2 girls.
