Natalie has worked in the field of Neuro Rehabilitation for over 20 years. As a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist and Certified Brain Injury Trainer, she has worked with hundreds of families and clients as Founder and Director of the award winning BIS Services. She is also known as The Brain Injury Therapist which provides online support and education online across the world, delivering courses and one to one cognitive rehabilitation programs. Currently she runs groups and memberships for those unable to access statutory services due to location or funding issues.

Areas of expertise include fatigue management, insight and awareness, adjustment and formation of identity and strategy implementation. Natalie is also specialised in brain injury and ADHD, which she regulary delivers trainings on internationally. Natalie is the author of the Fatigue Management Journal, providing a 6 month education and tracking resource for brain injury fatigue. 

Natalie holds a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology, and is also a certified ADHD coach. Natalie has a wealth of experience and training in the field both with adults and children, across severities of TBI from concussions to severe injuries. Natalie provides training both to her internal team and to other professionals, workplaces and educational settings. She is also proud to serve as a Trustee for Headway SELNWK and sits on the steering committee for KBIF. Natalie has won a number of business awards most recently winning the Leadership and Management Award at the Kent Women in Business Awards and Runner Up for Businesswoman of the Year 2024. In 2024 Natalie won the NR Times Neuro-Rehab Leader of the year.

In addition, Natalie also works as a Business Strategist for Health and Wellness businesses. She is also a regular contributor to press articles and has been featured in The Times, The Guardian, The Independent, Stylist, Daily Express, The Sun, Medium, I Paper, The Telegraph, and others, as well as being interviewed on The BBC and local radio stations. You will often see articles in the industry magazine NR Times.
