Bryony graduated from York St John University in 2010 with a BSc in Psychology and is currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Management in Health and Social Care. After a successful career in e-commerce, she transitioned into a field more aligned with her passion and values, joining BIS as an Administration Assistant and progressing to her current role as Operations Manager.

In her role, Bryony has been pivotal in managing the referral process, ensuring that the right candidates are matched with the right clients. Her exceptional attention to detail, dedication, and ability to build strong relationships with professionals and case managers have been integral to her success.

Bryony has also expanded her expertise by developing and delivering training programmes to Cognitive Rehabilitation Assistants (CRAs) on CQC fundamentals and their practical application. Additionally, she represents BIS at neuro conferences and exhibitions, showcasing her commitment to advancing both her professional development and the organisation’s mission.

Outside of work, Bryony enjoys playing Nintendo games and once had the unique experience of selling teaspoons to Cherie Blair! Passionate and highly skilled, Bryony consistently strives to uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients, CRAs, and stakeholders alike.
