Community Wellbeing Officer & Mental Health First Aider

Vicci is trained in different areas; fully qualified hairdresser, masseuse and bra fitter. The office are lucky to have her skills!

Vicci started at the BIS in April 2023, in Finance and HR, and progressed to First Aider of both mind and body, and is the BIS Services’ Mental Health First Aider. Vicci progressed to Community Relations Officer in 2025, taking care of the community based staff wellbeing alongside the HR team. She does still enjoy chasing invoices on her finance days!

Vicci worked for a time for an arts charity, and spent Covid working for a GP surgery. Before coming to the BIS Services she spent some time working for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, compiling patient notes.

Vicci enjoys cross-stitch and books. Her dream would be to own a second-hand book shop by the sea, with lots of mismatched sofas and chairs and provide tea and coffee.
