PERSONALISED AND VALUE LED
The BIS Story
Formed over the course of a weekend, when the organisation the Founders were working for suddenly closed, BIS Services have grown to be leaders in the field of community brain injury support services and Cognitive Rehabilitation.
Starting with just two individuals with a commitment to maintaining service provision to their current clients, the organisation has employed over 300 individuals, all of whom have been trained in the field, with many who still work in Neuro Rehabilitation having qualified as clinicians.
At our Head Office in Maidstone, a strong management and administration team of almost 20 employees ensure that we maintain our high standards and provide a safe, effective, well led, caring and responsive service.
Our mission and vision to improve standards in this area, exceed well beyond the work we do at BIS Services, with a commitment to leaving a legacy of excellent provision, aimed at improving the lives of those who have been affected by brain injury.
Our CEO and Director, Natalie Mackenzie and our driven Operations team, ensure that we continue to develop our services, enhance our offerings and raise awareness of brain injury across the globe. Natalie and Eky Popat sit on brain injury charity and organisation boards, provide training and consultation whilst still maintaining their own client work.
The service has developed to be much more than a provider of cognitive rehabilitation assistants, as we have undergone personal extensive training to bring together expertise to create our specialist services of ADHD & Brain Injury, FND cognitive support, Childrens services, Post Concussion Symptom interventions, and Fatigue Management Training.
