Finally; a short term, client centred intensive independent living accommodation. Designed to focus on providing evidence of need and strategy use, whilst enabling clients to increase confidence, enablement and goal attainment.

Our Link service will provide a purpose built multi use accommodation. Alongside our specialised rehabilitation services, we aim to maximise function in a safe and supported environment. We offer a number of different personalised packages, allowing clients to receive a variety of holistic and alternative therapies, which have been proven to increase maximum outcomes.

We have formed close links with the local community, in our Kent based property, allowing opportunities for vocational placements, alongside enrolment in educational settings. Clients will receive one to one support, allowing for informative and relevant feedback and evaluation of needs.

We are excited to launch this service, which will allow for direct observation and feedback regarding each clients specific cognitive needs and recommendations for future provision.
