BIS Services provide highly specialized rehabilitation assistants with minimum Psychology degree level education who work collaboratively with other multi disciplinary teams to increase function and develop independence. All our staff are supervised and mentored by a highly-experienced Director of BIS Services and senior managers. They provide individualized sessional reports for medico-legal purposes, which are monitored by a Director and developed in conjunction with case managers and members of the team, dependent on the clients needs. All our rehabilitation staff undertake ongoing training and professional development in the field of brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation we have developed at BIS Services and via external training providers.
We pride ourselves in providing excellent high caliber staff, raising the standards in support provision. We match staff to clients, but if we feel upon assessment we do not have a suitable match, we will recruit specifically. All staff are DBS checked and all recruitment, mentoring, supervision and training is included in our competitive rates.
